General Provisions
PPCHANGE.COM.UA prohibits users from using the service for:

Creating requests using anonymous connections (VPN, Tor, proxies, etc.) is prohibited.
Verification Procedure (KYC)

The Service follows a risk-based approach (RBA).
PPCHANGE.COM.UA does not process operations related to:
Rapira, Capitalist, Bitpapa, NetEx24, Commex, Garantex, Tornado Cash, Hydra, Blender.io, Lazarus Group, Genesis Market, ChipMixer, Shinbad.io.
If such links are identified, the Service may request additional verification or proof of funds' legal origin.
Actions in Case of Suspicion
PPCHANGE.COM.UA may:

request documents verifying identity or source of funds;

refuse further service to the user.
Confidentiality
