Do I need verification?
In most cases, no verification is required.
If you make regular exchanges or work with small amounts — everything goes through without additional checks.
Verification may be required only if you send funds from multiple PayPal accounts or process large volumes.
Just contact our support — we’ll handle it individually.
How long does it take to process an exchange?

Payment details are sent instantly and automatically right after you create an order.
Payouts are processed during working hours:

🕙 Sat: 10:00–14:00
Most exchanges take up to 15 minutes, and up to 2 hours in peak times.
💵 Cash payouts may take 2 to 24 hours, depending on the city.
I want to cancel my order — what should I do?
Very simple 👇
If you haven’t sent the payment — nothing is required; your order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours.
If you already paid but the operator hasn’t processed the payout yet — contact support, and we will cancel the exchange and return your funds.

The main type is Friends & Family — it’s faster and has lower fees.
We also work with commercial payments.

What is the minimum amount for exchange?
The minimum is:
💵 300 USD / 300 EUR / 200 GBP
This reduces PayPal fees and makes the process fast and stable.
PayPal may limit accounts for too many F&F transfers, so we focus on medium and large exchanges, not small ones.
What are your working hours?

You can create and pay for an order anytime — payouts are processed during working hours.
How can I check my order status?
We send all updates to your email or Telegram.

What if I paid a different amount?
No problem 🙂
We’ll adjust the exchange manually — it may just take a little longer.

Do I need registration?
No — it’s optional.
You can exchange funds without an account.
But having an account gives you history, tracking, faster access — much more convenient 🙌
Can I exchange more than what the site allows?
Yes.
Just contact us — we’ll arrange a custom exchange.
Are there any hidden fees?

The amount you see in the “Receive” field is final.
Are there countries you do not work with?
Yes.
We do not work with russia or belarus and do not process accounts linked to .ru or .by domains.
If an exchange appears connected to these regions, we reserve the right to cancel it.
How much does it cost?
Our service fee is 5% of the incoming payment amount.
Depending on the chosen payout method, an additional withdrawal fee may apply because each method has its own operational costs:
💳 Payout in UAH — no additional fees.
You receive funds at the PrivatBank buy rate at the moment of exchange.
💵 Cash payout in USD/EUR — +5%.
🪙 Payout in USDT — +5% service fee + the cost of purchasing USDT for cash USD on the day of exchange.
🏦 Payout directly in USD/EUR to a Ukrainian bank currency card — +3.5%.
